Subscription Policy (Auto-Resupply)
How Auto-Resupply works when selling plans are enabled on a product.
What Auto-Resupply is
When available on a product page, Auto-Resupply uses Shopify selling plans so you can receive recurring shipments on a schedule you choose at checkout. One-time purchase remains the default — we never preselect a subscription.
Skip, pause, or cancel
You can skip a shipment, pause, or cancel Auto-Resupply anytime via the Seal Subscriptions manage link in your order email, or at galacticsupps.com/subscriptions. Email info@galacticsupps.com if you need help.
Pricing & discounts
Any subscription discount percentage shown on the site comes from the live Shopify selling plan configuration. If no discount is configured in Shopify, we show the regular price with no fabricated savings.
Availability
Auto-Resupply only appears on products that have active selling plans in Shopify. If you do not see the option, that SKU is one-time purchase only.
