How to start a return
Email info@galacticsupps.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will send return instructions if your request is accepted. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Opened supplements may be subject to a restocking fee when less than 50% of the product remains.
Damages & refunds
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is unsealed, damaged, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 10 business days after inspection.
