How we collect, use, and protect your information when you shop or join the crew.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (such as email when you join Galactic Crew Rewards or claim a mission reward) and order/fulfillment details processed by Shopify when you check out. We also use limited device and usage data for security, performance, and—only with appropriate consent where required—analytics.
How we use processors
Shopify powers checkout, payments, and order processing. Klaviyo powers email marketing when you opt in. Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics may be used for site analytics when enabled and permitted by your consent settings. These providers process data under their own terms and our instructions.
Cookies, local storage & analytics
We use essential storage for cart and experience preferences (for example loadout contents and mission progress in your browser). Marketing email signup requires an affirmative opt-in. Analytics cookies/tags default to denied until consent is updated where a consent mechanism applies. You can clear browser storage and use browser controls to limit cookies.
Email marketing
When you join Galactic Crew Rewards, save a mission plan, or claim a game reward with marketing consent, we may add you to our email list. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Promotional codes are subject to Shopify discount rules (often one use per customer).
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email info@galacticsupps.com. We will not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use HTTPS, restrict API abuse with rate limits, keep Storefront and marketing secrets on the server, and rely on Shopify for payment card handling. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords on your email and merchant accounts.
